Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Limitless Argentina, Inc. Written cancellations up to 90 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a $200 per person administrative fee and any direct airline ticketing costs that were incurred on behalf of the customer before receipt of the written cancellation. Written cancellations received within 90 days of departure could result in the forfeiture of the full program price, contingent upon the degree of recoverable costs from the individual purveyors of services. We strongly urge applicants to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. There are no refunds or cancellations as of 45 days prior to the departure of the trip.
Limitless Argentina reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers is judged to be compromised. In such a case, refund of payments received by Limitless Argentina shall constitute full settlement. Limitless Argentina cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable air tickets. Service fees may apply to deviations and are non-refundable.
